USA Swimming Registration Link & Information

This email is intended to get everyone updated with their USA Registration as soon as possible. First, the link to register for the 2026-2027 season is here. Once you have updated your swimmer's registration, their status as a "Premium Athlete" will be valid through December 31st, 2027.

Once you click the above link. Please select "registering my child." All information filled out should be for each individual swimmer. Make sure to register them with their birthdate (not parent birthdate) so that there are no issues with meet sign up. If you have more than one swimmer, you will select "add member" on the home page, or when prompted after an initial member is added. Remember to select "Premium Athlete" as this allows swimmers to swim unlimited USA meets throughout the season.

Transfer swimmers: If you are transferring from another team, there is a selection under team affiliation to "initiate transfer." While you are registered with RAC for swim meets, it will take 60 days through USA Swimming for your swimmer to be labeled as a "RAC" swimmer. They will likely be listed as "unattached" in the interim. 

RAC participates in both SAL (dual meets) and USA Swimming (invitationals, age group meets). USA swim meets are scheduled strategically for each phase of training. Signing up for USA meets allows for swimmers to select their own individual events, and have opportunities to swim a wider range of strokes and distances. When declaring your commitment for a USA meet, please select events for your swimmer. Note that many of these meets have age specifications, and can span over a full weekend. We encourage families to sign up as soon as possible prior to the deadline in order to be guaranteed entry with selected events. Important to note: if swimmers are not registered with USA Swimming three days prior to the meet date, they may not be eligible to swim.
