Head Coach
Blue Group Lead Coach
Katie joined the RAC coaching staff in 2012. She grew up swimming for RAC and is a graduate of Radnor High School. Katie attended Penn State University, where she competed in the sprint freestyle events. She was an All-American, school record holder, NCAA qualifier, and Big Ten Champion at PSU. Katie has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Penn State and a Master’s in Education from La Salle University. During her tenure at RAC, Katie has been the Red Group Lead Coach, Bronze Group Lead Coach, and was previously the Head of Group Development. She has trained and prepared age group, high school, and collegiate athletes to compete at an elite level. In addition to her role at RAC, Katie is a fifth grade teacher at The Haverford School.
Bronze Group Lead Coach
SAL Girls Lead Coach
Chase joined the RAC coaching staff in 2001 and has coached competitive swimming and recreational basketball in Radnor Township since 1999. He swam for Radnor High School and Radnor Aquatic Club. Chase graduated from Villanova University School of Business with a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance & a Masters in Finance and Strategic Management. Chase is a Certified Public Accountant with New York Life.
Head of Development
Diane Humes-Green is a swim and diving coach with over 25 years of experience across developmental, age group, high school, and collegiate programs. She previously served as the head swim coach and team director at Cabrini College, where she managed all aspects of the program including athlete development, recruiting, and training design, and has extensive experience building and leading swim and dive programs from the beginner to national level. Diane was a scholarship swimmer at the University of Maryland and a Junior National Champion in butterfly, also competing at the senior national level representing Foxcatcher Swim Club prior to her collegiate career, and majored in Health and Physical Education.
Assistant Coach
SAL Boys Lead Coach
Mary Beth Bonner-Ryan joined the RAC swimming staff in 2005. She swam competitively for Finnegan's Swim Club in Philadelphia, with Backstroke as her primary stroke. In college, she was a voice/music major and uses those skills as a professional cantor and as the lead vocalist in an Irish band. In addition to to her role as the mother of 3 swimmers who went on to become collegiate athletes, including Irish Olympian Shane Ryan, Mary Beth works at Haverford High School with Special Needs students. Mary Beth also currently serves as President on the St. Patrick's Day Observance Association that organizes the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade.
USA Swimming Coordinator
Jaime joined the Radnor Aquatic Club coaching staff in 2019 and is the current USA swimming coordinator. She swam and completed her undergraduate at Millersville University, and was part of the final Graduate class of Cabrini University in the Spring of 2024. Jaime grew up swimming at Aronimink Swim Club, where she is currently the general manager. She has coached at Marple Newtown High School, Rose Tree Woods Swim Club, and Williamstown High School. Jaime currently teaches 8th grade Math at Clearview Regional Middle School.

Bronze Group Lead Coach
Liz joined the Radnor Aquatic Club coaching staff in 2022. Liz graduated from Lehigh university in May of 2022 where she was a member of the Varsity Swim Team, specializing in breaststroke and IM. She previously swam with the Suburban Seahawks Club for 12 years as a member of the NCSA team. Liz graduated with a BS in Finance and now works at J&J, but is excited to keep swimming in her life by coaching!
White Group Lead Coach
Jake joined the Radnor Aquatic Club coaching staff in 2024. He graduated from Lafayette College in the May of 2024 where he was a member and captain of the Varsity Swim Team. Jake has swam for various YMCA and USA club teams around New Jersey, as well as coaching for the Mount Olive Pirates. Currently he is doing engineering work for Linde and is excited to join the RAC team.
White Group Lead Coach
Katie joined the RAC coaching staff in the winter of 2024. She swam competitively through college, then continued swimming by participating in triathlons and open water events. Katie began coaching in 1999 at Ply-Mar Swim Club. Now that her two daughters are on the team it’s time for her to get back on deck. She really enjoys building relationships with her swimmers. She loves watching them exceed their goals, make friends, become better teammates and develop a love for the sport. Katie is a kindergarten teacher in the Colonial School District.
Red Group Lead Coach
Barry has been in or around water since the early days as an age grouper at the local YMCA in Northeastern Pennsylvania. His swimming career continued through high school where he was team co-captain and later as a member of the West Chester University team. After college, he remained involved in the sport as a masters swimmer and ocean lifeguard where he competed in annual beach competitions and numerous open water challenges including the prestigious 4.4-Mile Great Chesapeake Bay Swim. Coach Barry is a USA Swimming member coach with years of experience working with athletes aged 6 years and older. His coaching background includes roles as Head Coach at the West Chester Area YMCA for 10+ years, Middle Atlantic Swimming Zone Team Coach, and foundational coaching positions with other regional programs including French Creek Racing and Life Time Philly Aquatics. Coach Barry has led teams and individual swimmers to the podium at local, state, and national competitions in YMCA/USA Swimming and coached numerous medal winners at PIAA High School and Eastern Scholastic Swimming Championships. A student of the sport, Coach Barry’s technique-driven approach focuses on developing proper stroke mechanics to help swimmers find fitness faster so they can train more efficiently and achieve their personal goals. Coach Barry lives in West Chester with his wife Janeen and their three weimaraners.
Red Group Lead Coach
Siobhan is a former RAC swimmer and joined the coaching staff in 2019. She started her swimming career at Aronimink Swim Club and continued it at La Salle University, where she specialized in distance freestyle. Siobhan has previously coached at Philadelphia Country Club and Swarthmore Swim Club, and is currently a 5th grade teacher in the Marple Newtown School District. Siobhan loves watching our swimmers work hard, crush goals, and have fun!
White Group Lead Coach
Caitlin started her swimming career at Aronimink Swim Club and continued swimming throughout high school at Upper Darby High School and Lansdowne YMCA. She has been coaching swimming since 2012, where she started as an assistant coach at Aronimink Swim Club. She has also coached for Lansdowne YMCA, Philadelphia Country Club and Swarthmore Swim Club. She currently teaches chemistry at Conestoga High School. Caitlin is looking forward to being part of the RAC team and working with swimmers of all different skill levels.
Assistant Coach
Alison grew up swimming for the Lansdowne YMCA and is a graduate of Upper Darby High School. She attended La Salle University, where she competed on the Division I Varsity Swim Team, specializing in backstroke, butterfly, and freestyle while earning her Bachelor's degree in Biology. She later earned her teaching certification at Eastern University and currently teaches biology at Upper Darby High School. She has been coaching swimming since 2014, starting her career at Aronimink Swim Club before going on to coach at Philadelphia Country Club and St. Albans Swim Club. Most recently, she spent the past seven years coaching at the Lansdowne YMCA.
Mini Group Lead Coach
Margaret is a certified USA Swimming Coach who has been coaching for Radnor Aquatic Club since 2021. She was the Head of the Development Program for several years and now serves as the Lead Minis Group Coach. She lives in Bryn Mawr with her two children, Cash and Farrah, her husband Steve, and pug dog Dino. She and her family also spend a lot of time in Cape May, NJ. She went to high school at Agnes Irwin, and then graduated from The University of North Carolina where she swam with scholarship for their Division 1 ACC Team. Growing up in the area, she swam for various local programs, including Foxcatcher, UMLY, and Aronimink Golf Club. She continues to swim with US Masters programs, and loves to run too. Her goal is the RAC Minis fall in love the sport of swimming, as it can last a lifetime.
Assistant Coach
Julie joined the Radnor Aquatic Club coaching staff in 2014. She swam for Harriton High School, Lower Merion Aquatic Club, and Stony Lane Swim Club, where she is currently a head coach. Julie graduated from The Schreyer Honors College at Penn State with a degree in Finance and currently works for Superior Plus. She’s excited to be a part of the RAC team!
Masters Program Lead
Hannah joined the RAC coaching staff in 2024. She has been coaching on and off for over 25 years, including as an assistant at The Haverford School, where she is currently an Upper School History teacher. A Maine native, Hannah was a member of the Germantown Academy National Champion teams of 1986 and 1987, a Senior Nationals finalist for Team Foxcatcher, and a school and ACC record holder at the University of North Carolina, where she was also a two-time Division I All-American (and lived across the dorm hallway from Coach Margaret one year!). She loves working with kids of all ages, and the smell of chlorine makes her smile.
Assistant Coach
Stephanie joined the Radnor Aquatic Club coaching staff in 2019. Stephanie has been coaching swimming since 2007 and is a former RAC swimmer. She served as an assistant coach for Aronimink Swim Team from 2007-2012 and since 2012 has served as the head coach at Aronimink. She also was the assistant swim coach at Rustin High School from 2014-2018 and is now the assistant swim coach at Haverford High School. Stephanie started her swimming career at Aronimink Swim Club then continued on in high school at Archbishop Prendergast & Radnor Aquatic Club and for one year at West Chester University. She is currently a physical education teacher at Haverford Middle School.
Assistant Coach
Patrick swam for Radnor aquatic club for 11 years from 2012 to 2022 when he graduated. Now he swims for Villanova University, focusing on distance freestyle. He loves the sport of swimming and is very excited to coach at RAC this year and give back to the club that gave him so much fun.
Assistant Coach
Antonio swim competitively for Radnor Aquatic Club for nine years, from 2011 to 2020. He also swam for The Haverford School, continuing his passion for the sport at the University of Minnesota. In addition, Antonio has spent the past seven summers coaching at Aronimink Golf Club. With a genuine love for working with kids, Antonio is eager to begin coaching at RAC!
Assistant Coach
Maddie joined the RAC staff in 2025. With almost 20 years of swimming experience, Maddie is a dedicated swim coach who loves to foster enthusiasm and a hard work ethic in her swimmers. She swam for 14 years at Suburban Seahawks Club (SSC), setting numerous program records and voted team captain. Maddie swam for the Division I Varsity Swimming and Diving team at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She specialized in distance free-style and IM. While at UW, Maddie was a 3 time Big Ten Meet Qualifier, 3 time Big Ten All-Academic Team, and was named to the dean's list multiple semesters. She graduated in May 2023 with a degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies, with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Political Science. Maddie currently serves as an assistant swim coach for Agnes Irwin, works for Free People as an allocator, working on stores financial and assortment planning and is training for a half iron-man.
Assistant Coach
Erin swam for the Suburban Seahawks Club (SSC) in high school and continued her career at both the University of Cincinnati and the University of Delaware where she swam at the NCAA Division 1 level for 4 years before graduating in 2024. Erin's favorite events are the 200 IM and the 200 Free. Currently, she works as a clinical research coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She is excited to stay connected to the sport through coaching and to help young athletes learn and build confidence in and out of the pool.
Assistant Coach
Jensen graduated from Monmouth University in May 2025, where she was a four-year Division I student-athlete and two-year team captain on the women's swimming team, specializing in butterfly and distance freestyle. During her collegiate career, Jensen became a six-time school record holder, earned All-CAA honors and was a bronze medalist in the 200 Butterfly at the 2025 CAA Championships. Before Monmouth, she grew up in Maryland where she swam competitively for Monocacy Aquatic Club and was also a two-time National Lifeguard Champion representing Bethany Beach Patrol in Delaware. Jensen currently serves as the Aquatics Coordinator at Villanova University and is excited to continue sharing her passion for swimming by coaching athletes of all ages.
